Show Leeton-Bennett pelma Long Mr. and Mrs. John Bolton and son, Charles visited relatives and friends in Salt Lake last week. Mr. and Mrs. Willis Johnson, of Vernal, visited Mrs. Nellie Whitlock and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Les-lie Taylor one day last week. Garr Eolton and Byron Ilor-rocks Ilor-rocks attended church in Myton Sunday. Garr went as a home missionary. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Ilaslam, Mr. and Mrs. John Haslam. and Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Russon attended attend-ed the funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Kirkendall, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hor-rocks, Hor-rocks, of Vernal, visited Friday with their brother and sister-in-law. Bishop and Mrs. Otis Ilor-rocks. Ilor-rocks. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Taylor attended at-tended the wedding dance for Ira Forakis and his new bride, Friday evening in Lapoint. Mr. and Mrs. John Bolton and Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie McCowan visited the R. M. Colton family in Sandy last week. Mrs. Colton was formerly Elizabeth McCowan. McCow-an. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Harmston and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Harmston Harm-ston were dinner guests of the Geo. Kohls at Duchesne Sunday. Mrs. Mary Hamakcr left for jLehi to spend the winter with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Ilamaker. Mrs. Marvin Hamaker has received re-ceived word from Idaho that her grandmother Jenkins is seriously ill. Mrs. Keith Jackson and daughter, daugh-ter, Sandra, and Darson Long, visited the W. Long-s Sunday. One of our Indian neighbors, Guy Gardner, passed away last Saturday. Services and burial were at Whiterocks Sunday. He is survived by his widow, a son a daughter and a brother, Lehi Gardner, all of Bennett. Charles Bolton attended church in Whiterocks Sunday. Bishop Otis Horrocks attended attend-ed a special meeting in Roosevelt Sunday. Mr. Buchanan, of Salt Lake, was in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Bolton have moved into the Keith Bow-: Bow-: an home. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Lorain Bolton have moved from Neola to the Ercil Sprouse farm north of Bennett. |
