Show Tidwell Family Reunion One hundred-ninety descendants of John Tidwell, early pioneer and native na-tive of Virginia, met in a family reunion re-union in Flat Canyon, east of Fair-view, Fair-view, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, July 20, 21, and 22 for the purpose of effecting a permanent family organization organ-ization and enjoying a get-to-gether outing. Officers chosen were President, Wilford Tidwell, Latuda; vice president, presi-dent, Alonzo Tidwell, Price; secretary, Miss Claudine Tidwell, Moroni. Meetings were held each morning; ports and dancing enjoyed each after noon and evening. Those contributing to the programs were: William Olson, Bishop James Larson, Miss Helen Larsen, Mt. Pleasant; Pleas-ant; .Leonard, Bernice, Margaret and Jimmv Tidwell, Ray Hutchison, Zina and Frankle Bradley, Salt Lake; Lynn ?nd Lloyd Tidwell, Latuda; Will and Stella Tidwell, Nampa, Idaho; Darius Sanders and Mrs. Olive Pritchett, Fairview; Mr. and Mrs. Alonza Tidwell, Tid-well, Price; Mrs. A. Marsh and B. Barnes of Wellington and Price. A similar reunion will be held each "ear in the future. |
