Show Four Principals of Taxation The four cardinal principles set forth by the Utah Tax Commission are: (a) All tangible property in tho state should be taxed for the benefits which it receives from government. (b) All corporate business done for profit in yie state should be taxed for the benefits received. (c) A direct personal tax should be paid by all residents of the state having hav-ing taxable capacity. (d) No income which has been taxed under the provisions of the corporate busines tax shall be included as taxable tax-able income in the personal income tax. |
