Show I j FAIRVIEW Bv Special Correspondence I The music club of the North Sanpete San-pete high school met at the nonie oi Miss Helen Miner November 18th. President Clarence Anderson was in charge. The lesson, "The Mysta Singers of Nurmberg," by Wagner, was given by Miss Louise Matson. Musical Musi-cal numbers were given by the Misses Katheryn Jacobsen, Ida Allred and Ina Soely. Luncheon was served. A pleasant social hour followed the meeting. meet-ing. ' A community health clinic will be held at Fairview High School Friday for all children' who wish to become immunized from smallpox and diphtheria. diph-theria. A fee of twenty-five cents will be charged for each child. The Missionary class of Fairview north ward gave a house party at the home of Lewis Mower Thursday evening, eve-ning, honoring Elder Wilmer Tanner. The honor guest was presented with b combined Doctrine and Covenants' Book of Mormon and Pearl of Great Price, with his name engraved upon it. Refreshments were served to thirty-five guests. Elder Tanner left Sunday for the Mission School. H goes to the Netherlands Mission. Six couples of Fairview are celebrating celebrat-ing their twenty-fifth or silver wedding wed-ding anniversaries at Fairview this week. They are: Mr. and Mrs. Lestcr C. Miner, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mill:.'.. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Housekeeper. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Cox, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bills, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Mover. They will give a free dancs and program at the Amusement Hall cn Thursday evening. Moon Winkj orchestra will furnish the music. All were married at Fairview twenty-fiv. vears ago. All have families of from four to eight children and have resided resid-ed her for more than a quarter of s ;entury. Each family has one married mar-ried daughter. Mr. Archie E. Anderson announces he engagement, of his daughted Dorothy to Mr. Ler.nard W. Smith of Los Angeles. They will be married by the Bishop in The Littie Church of the Flowers on Thanksgiving Day.
