Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 19, 1929. NOTICE is hereby given that Mt. Pleasant City Corporation, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws ol Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appro-nriate appro-nriate 8 c.f.s. of water from Sulphur Springs and right hand fork of Straight Fork of Pleasant Creek in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted as follows: From right hand fork of Straight Fork at a point S. 65 deg. 40 min. E. 16,050 ft. from the W!l cor. Sec. 5. T. 15 S.. R. 5 E., SLB& M. and from Sulpher Spring at a point S. 67 deg. E. 16,000 ft. from said cor. and from a spring area adjacent ad-jacent to the Creek near Sulpher Spring which bears S. 66 deg. 30 mir E 16.000 ft. from aforesaid comer. The water thus diverted will be conveyed con-veyed by means of a pipe a distance of 6.600 ft. where it will be used during dur-ing the entire year for generating power to be used for electric lighting and propelling machinery at Mt. Pleasant City. After having been so used the water is to be returned to the natural channel at a point S. 80 deg. 33 min. E. 5G23.4 ft. from the W cor. of said Sec. 5. . This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10719. , All protests against the granting o.t said application, stating the reasons therefor must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
