Show N. S. News .We have been fortunate again th: year in securing the B. Y. U. Players to present "The Thurston's," October 3, 1929 at 8:30 p. m. in the High School Auditorium. The cast comes very highly recommended recom-mended by those who have seem them, including many of our own town people. peo-ple. Let's boost home talent and show our appreciation for their efforts. Tickets will be on sale at Ed. John-sson John-sson Drug Store. Popular prices. The Con Moto club of the N. S. H. S. is choosing new members for their club on Friday, September 27, 1929. The method of choosing new members will be a contest in which those trying try-ing out will give a vocal or an instrumental instru-mental solo. The nine best selections will be chosen by three judges, Miss Eileen Ericksen, Mr. Fred C. Sorensen and Mr. Lawrence Sardoni. Constitution weeks was fittingly observed ob-served by the students of the N. S. H. S. on Friday, September 20. The program was as follows: community singing, "America;" invocation, Florence Flor-ence Nielsen; vocal solo, Alice Peel; falk on the Constitution, Attorney L. R. Christensen; reading, Grace Simpson; Simp-son; cornet solo, Clarence Anderson; stunt, Alfred Larsen pep rally. |
