LEGAL NOTICE PETITION NO. 83-15C Please take notice that the Bountiful Planning Commission Commis-sion will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, August 16, 1983, at 7:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Confer-ence Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving a condi-toinal condi-toinal use permit to allow a single family dwelling to be used as a two family dwelling. The property is located at 99 West 1300 South and is owned by Mr. and Mrs. James R. Hanson. The public is invited to attend this hearing and voice opinion either for or against this proposal.
