Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North main entrance, entr-ance, Davis County Courthouse, Court-house, Farmington, Utah, on August 25, 1983, at 9:45 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed with Assignment of Rents executed by BARRY A. GOULD and ANGELA MARIE GOULD, his wife, as Trustors, to AMERICAN TITLE TI-TLE COMPANY, INC., in favor of AMFAC MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE CORPORATION, covering real property located at 486 North 2000 West, West Point, Utah, and more particularly particu-larly described as: Lot 7, FREW ESTATES NO. 1, Davis County, Utah, being further described as: A part of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, U.S. Survey: Beginning at a point which is North 0 degrees 06'55" East 908 feet along the Section Sec-tion line and South 89 degrees 59'45" East 33 feet from the Southwest Corner of said Section 34, running thence North 0 degrees 06'5" East 88 feet along the East line of 2000 West Street; thence South 89 degrees 59'45" East 214.50 feet; thence South 0 degrees 06'55" West 88 feet; thence North 89 degrees 59'45" West 214.50 feet to a point of beginning.
