Show Health Plan Okayed FARMINGTON A proposal prop-osal from Davis County Mental Men-tal Health department to fund alcohol and drug education programs, was recently approved. AS APPROVED hy the state division of alcoholism and drugs, the Davis County Prevention Pre-vention Plan, making use of newly-appropriated funds through higher beer taxes, would allocate $45,800 for a school-based education plan and $27,612 for a community-based community-based program. The Davis School District will provide educational programs prog-rams to its 42,000 students. The community-based program prog-ram will be contracted out on a bid basis to a private provider with a bid opening set by the county commission for Aug. 3 at 10:30 a.m. at the county commission chambers in the courthosue in Farmington.
