Their declaration, which was made unanimously before separating, reads: "The allied powers, more closely united than ever for the defense of the people's rights, particularly in the Balkan peninsula, are resolved not to lay down arms until they have attained the end which in their eyes domn-ates domn-ates all others to render impossible a return of the criminal aggression such as that whereof the- central empires em-pires bear the responsbilty."
