Show FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR JOSEPH JOHNSON Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1 o'clock at the North Ward chapel for Joseph Johnson, who died last Friday at a Salt Lake hospital. Bishop H. C. Jacobs presiding. pre-siding. A large number of friends attended the services. The choir was present and furnished appropriate hvmns. Miss Elida Staker sunt; "A Perfect Day." A quartet was given j by Wilford and Emil Hafen, Miss Elida Staker and Miss Goldie Neilson.) The opening prayer was offered by Pres. A. Merz. The speakers were Elders Thomas West, Joseph Seely, James Monsen and Pres. ('. N. Lund. Elder Peter Monsen closed the services serv-ices by prayer. All the relatives of Mr. Johnson were in attendance at the services. The chapel was filled with people who evime to show their last respect;-, to their friend. |
