Show FAIRVIEW NEWS Mr. Shirley Jensen and Miss Elva Rigby were married in the Manti Temple, July 10. Mrs. P. C. Jensen accompanied them. Mrs. Procter of Nevada, is guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Mower. The Relief Society gave their work day to the Red Cross this week. Fifty-five ladies were present. The stork called at the home of Bent Brady last week and presented a baby girl. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Stewart of Milburn are rejoicing over the arrival ar-rival of a fine baby boy at their home, July 7. A baby boy "was welcomed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Zabriskie. Za-briskie. Miss Artie Brady of Mammoth, spent the past week as the guest of her grandmother, Mrs. L. A. Brady, and visited relatives. Mrs. Bert Willardson of Mayfield is spending a few days with her mother, Mrs. Stena Olson. Mrs. Addie Mower and daughter, Welda who spent the past two months in Colorado, returned home last week. Mr. Will Peterson, who spent the past month in Colorado shearing sheep, came home this week. Lewis Mills joined the ship building build-ing crew and went to work for Uncle r.am last week. He went from Mam moth and his wife and baby came to Fairview to live. Miss lone Shaffer and Mrs. Dan Bass of Moab. were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mills this week. They will be married in the Manti Temple July 10. Mr. and Mrs. Will Blanchett of Sunnyside are guests of Mrs. James C. Peterson this week. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Poulsen of Richfield motored to Fairview and spent the Fourth of July. Mr. Parley Powell came to Fair-view Fair-view and spent the Fourth. Mrs. Powell and children who spent the past month here returned home with him on Friday. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Swrn O. N'ielson and I Mr. and Mrs. Fred Olsen. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Poulsen and Mrs. Ern- est Poulsen and children motored to ' Fish Lnke and spent the Fourth. ' Mr. and Mrs. Fred Olsen went to Salt Lake this week having been ' called there on account "f the death ' of Mr. Olsens mother who died very : suddenly after an illness of a few houre. |
