Show MORONI Mr. and Mrs. Alma Blackum have rturned from Holden. Roy Morley has gone to Salt Lake for the summer. Miss Julia Bastian of Provo is the guest of Mella Blackum. Mrs. James Hardy and Mrs. Amy Hardy are Provo visitors. Miss Lucile Draper returned from Richfield Sunday. Mrs. J. E. Bradley of Salt Lake is the guest of Mrs. H. S. Cooley. Mrs. N. P. Sorenson has returned to her home at Austin. She was accompanied ac-companied by Miss Eulaila Blackum. Miss Connie and Ida Nelson and Jeanetta Smith of Salt Lake spent a few days of last week at Moroni. The final dancing party of the High School was given Friday night by the student body. The hall was decorated in blue and white, the High School colors. The last issue of the "Arrow" will be out Friday the 29th. It will.be a double edition, and is expected to surpass all preceding issues. The student body election was held last week, and a strong body of officers offi-cers were chosen for the coming year. The following students were elected: elect-ed: President - Lee Frandsen Vive President - Theora Christensen Arrow Mgr. - Grover Christensen Secretary - LaVerne Holman ' Treasurer - Matilda Jensen Yell Master - Moroni Faux Editor of Arrow - Eugene Faux Mgr. of Arrow-Grover Christensen Athletic Mgr. - John Hardy ' Basket Ball Mgr. - Leo Morley Foot Ball Mgr. - Ray Anderson Wednesday the eighth grade went on a fishing trip to Wales reservoir. The party was chaperoned by Principal Princi-pal Peterson. A very enjoyable time was reported. |
