Show Public Schools Close " A Successful Year A most successful school year is j being brought to a close this week by the Mt. Pleasant Public Schools. The eighteen teachers with about jut GfiO pupils of the school have been in- looking forward to the closing week til with a dgree of satisfaction in the suo'ess of the year's work. Wednesday evening the Eighth ! tirade rendered in a most pleasing $ manner the program which was pub-jjj pub-jjj lished in last week's issue of the ri Pyramid. Every part was excop- 3 Conully good and the entertainment 3 as a whole was a credit to the insti- 1 tntion. The Elite Theatre wherein g the exercises were given was filled to iis capacity. The stage was deeoral- S cd in the school colors, while tlu t lass Moiio was suspended on a pen- emit above the beautiful Basket Hall Championship Banner which S the boys of the class won in the scries of games conducted in tlu g inunty for the year 1SU3-14. The earnestness in u hi' h 3 il.e students approached their labors $ was highly commended by him. He 2 stated .that their lives were pure and their thoughts had not gone tar as-S as-S tray.
