THE IIICYCLE NUISAXCE Of late there has been altogether too much carelessness among bicycle riders upon the sidewalks. The city ordinance provides a privilege to ride upon the sidewalks but that the rider rid-er should dismount as a pedestrian approaches until they have passed This law has been entirely disregarded, disregard-ed, and as no arrests have been made for some time the bicyclists seem to think this law has gone out of existence exist-ence and little by little they have increased in-creased their speed, on the smooth cement walks. Now w.'il the Ctiy Marshal please take notice of this before be-fore some small boy or girl is knocked knock-ed down and badly injured; possibly killed. A Subscriber.
