Notice ,-is hereby given that the ""edar Creek High Water Irrigatior Company, by Christian Rasmussen. vhose post office address is Moun: Pleasant, Utah, has made application n accordance with the requirement! )f the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907 is amended by the Session Laws o; Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriatt -wenty (20) cubic-feet of water pei lecond from Cedar Creek, Sanpeti bounty, Utah. Said water will be di verted at a point which bears north Si iegrees 55 minutes east 208 fee; from the southeast corner of sectioi 30, Township 15 south, Range 5 east 3alt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for s listance of 11,880 feet and there ised from April 1 to October 31, in-lusive in-lusive of each year, to irrigate 1.880 lcreg of land embraced in Section? 1, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 23, Townshi) 15 south, range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application s designated in the State Engineer's jfflce as No. 6106.
