Show Here Are Rules For Miss Utah The long awaited "Miss Utah" contest, sponsored by the Utah State Fair Association in elaboration ela-boration with the annual State Fair, is moving ahead with civic organizations throughout the State conducting preliminary contests to decide the finalists.
