Show War Outlook Improved The idea that the war outlook is better for the United Nations is all right provided it is understood under-stood that there is heavy fighting fight-ing to be done before the Axis powers are licked. Before this month there was, at least, on outside possibility that Germany might knock the Russians out of the war and that Japan might be able to score another an-other great advance in the Far East. i The Russian stand at Stalin-' Stalin-' grad has halted Hitler's advance.
