Show Andreas Nelson Injured By a Runaway Team Anders Nelson, about 38, son of Bishop and Mrs. Ephraim Nelson of Moroni, suffered what is believed to be a basal skull fracture last Monday morning on the T. W. Jensen Jen-sen farm west of here, while attempting at-tempting to stop a runaway team which was hitched to a hayrack. He was also badly bruised about the body. A local ambulance was summoned and brought the injured man to Mt. Pleasant for medical attention, after which he was removed to the Dice Hospital at Moroni. He was in a dazed and semi-conscious condition, con-dition, unable to furnish details of the accident. It is believed thai he was either run over or struck by the wagon when he tried to leap away from the horses following follow-ing a fruitless effort to stop them. The exact extent and nature of his injuries are not at this time positively posi-tively known, it is reported. Mr. Nelson was for several years principal of the Hamilton public school here. He married Miss Evelyn Davis of Wales, and is the father of four children. Word received in the Pyramid office of-fice Friday morning was to the effect ef-fect that Mr. Nelson has been re-momved re-momved to his father's home, and is apparently well on the road to recovery. |
