Show SEEKING AFFECTION By A. J. Arnoldson (That Simple Grinding Man) I'd like to meet some little gal Whose affections I could gain, Who'd be sincere in all regards And one that would remain. I'd like to meet one of that kind Who'd be so fair with me, I'd be such a happy boy How happy I would be! To take such friendly pal of mine Thru this world yes, we would roam, (And meet adventure here and there And write them down in poem. Oh if you see such pal of mine Yes, one who'd be so fair I'd like to meet one of that kind I know there's one somewhere Perhaps she'll read this poem And then she'll write to me. And say, "I'm such a pal, Oh, won't you come and see?'' (To be continued next week.; (Advt.) |
