Show A Fine Stand General Hugh S. Johnson earned a reputation for a lot of talking while he was the head of the NRA. Very often the loquacious General talked too much but evrybody recognized rec-ognized he had a picturesque method meth-od of expression. Recently General Johnson was asked ask-ed if he was going to accept a large Job with some big business concern. While he admitted that he had been offered some jobs, General Johnson said that all wantad "to rest on NRA publicity and some idea of a pull in Washington." The General revealed his character when he said that such offers "give me a faint nausea," |
