Show District IV Riding Clubs Met at Lehi Last Tuesday District Four Riding Clubs met at Lehi Tuesday night for a dinner din-ner meeting after which a business busi-ness session was held with Bill Jordan, president, conducting. Plans were discussed for the year including participation in the annual jamboree sponsored by the Utah State Riding Club Association Associa-tion at which new state officers are elected. There will also be an outstanding man and woman rider rid-er chosen by the state organization organiza-tion who will receive a trophy for their accomplishments. Each club in the organization will nom-' nom-' inate a candidate for thi3 honor. The trophies will be donated by Richfield, Utah. The group decided to abandon the American Horse Show rule book and new rules will be (made up. It was also decided that in the reining class a hackamore or a bridle could be used. Each club 13 required to choose a man to go to judge's school. All outgoing officers and new officers of-ficers and the man chosen to go to the school are invited to attend the next meeting, which will be hosted by the Lehi Ladies Club. |
