Show JUNIOR HIGH HI-LIGHTS by Judy Barton I-iyean Johnson, Junior High Principal, would like to stress the importance of keeping our city park clean. feels that the Rti-dents should be ashamed at the way they leave the park each day. The Sixth graders have made " a project out of picking up the litter that other stud ntr; throw ('.own. Even with their help, tha park is not as nice as it should be. Mr. Johnson said that he would appreciate it if each student would pick up his own trash. JHL Thursday, Nov. 19, a one-act play will be presented to the students. The name of the play Is "If Gilts Wore Skirts." Participating Partic-ipating in this play are Cathy Crystal, Judy Brimley, Roger Durrant, Sandra Fautin, Roger Adams, Dennis Brooks and Don Maxfield. Mr. Stewart is the director dir-ector of the play. JHL The Seventh grade has been taking district tests all week. These tests include mental maturity ma-turity and achievement tests. Keith Warnick, school guidance counselor, was in charge of the tests. JHL A "Bad Luck Day" dance was held at the school last Friday, Nov. 13. It was in charge of the student council. At this time, a birthday cake was presented to the studentbody president, Morris Mor-ris Keetch. The dance was enjoyed en-joyed by everyone. |
