Show Relief Societies Will Conduct Programs Sunday Relief Societies of Timpanogos Stake are scheduled to sponsor the programs in the evening services ser-vices next Sunday. The program has been, outlined by the Relief Society General Board and will be adhered to in most of the wards. Third Ward The Third Ward program is following fol-lowing the theme "Our Living Past." Relief Society president Maiy Washburn will preside. The " following speakers will discuss "Grain Saving," Ruth Robb; Singing Sing-ing Mothers," Mary Neves; "Re- lief Society Welfare Work," Nel-da Nel-da Reay; "Nurse Service," Max-ine Max-ine Fugal; "Educational Program," Pro-gram," Ethel Johnson; The Singing Sing-ing Mothers will sing two numbers. num-bers. Invocation will be offered by Mary Carroll and Bishop Jean A. Fugal will pronounce benediction. Fourth Ward Fourth Ward Relief Society program will begin at 5:30 p.m. with President Vida Conway conducting. con-ducting. Opening number will be sung by the congregation. Invocation Invo-cation will be given by LaRee Morrell. Speakers for the outlined program pro-gram will be visiting teachers: Lila Clark, Faye Belliston, Beverly Bev-erly Beck, Fawn Fordham, La-Preal La-Preal Morford. Singing Mothers will also sing. Benediction will be pronounced by Bishop Gerald Belliston. Grove Ward Grove ward has deviated some fi'om the outlined program and has chosen for their theme "Take Upon Thyself My Whole Armor, that Ye may withstand the evil day." President Arvilla Harvey will preside. Counselor Ella Larsen will introduce the theme. Speakers Speak-ers who will discuss the theme are Connie Bowen, Verland Sal-ing, Sal-ing, Martha Larsen, Lela McAf-fee, McAf-fee, and special music will be given giv-en by a vocal trio, LaRue Gurr, Helen Hall, Mae Bezzant accompanied accom-panied by Rosa Mae Gurr. The closing number will be given giv-en by the Singing Mothers and invocation given by Thelma Harris. Har-ris. Benediction will be pronounced pronoun-ced by Cora Bezzant. |
