Citizens Invited to Open House In behalf of the City Council and the Fire Department, De-partment, we cordially invite all our citizens to visit our new fire station on Saturday, March 5, between the hours of 1 1 a.m. and 5 p.m. We are proud of our new civic facility, not only for its intrinsic and utilitarian worth; but more because be-cause it marks a new era of unselfish cooperative accomplishment in our city. With construction costs advancing constantly, the tax dollar goes less far each year. ' ' .. This accomplishment merely illustrates that many future civic needs may be met by the same fine spirit of sacrifice and cooperative effort. Our thanks goes to everyone who contributed in any wqy to the success of this worthy project. BURTON H. ADAMS, Mayor |
