Modernettes Meet At Home of Mrs. Keith Jacobs Mrs. Keith Jacobs on Thursday Octoober 4, readied her home and welcomed Modernette members to an evening featuring Hawaiian entertainment. en-tertainment. President Lorraine Boyer was in charge. Among other business takean up by the president was the intrducing- of three new members, mem-bers, Mrs. Grant Richards, Mrs. Wayne Cornaby, and Mrs. Don Fenton, each of whom was heartily heart-ily welcomed by the club members. For further entertainment, Miss Jacqueline Jacoobs played on an electric guitar; Miss Janeen Liston presented Hawaiian dances, accompanied ac-companied by Miss Jacobs. Mrs. Boyer gave to the club members the club program books for the year. The matrons also discussed dis-cussed plans for their Halloween party. Later a delicious supper was served at small tables, also carrying- out the -Hawaiian theme. Invited guests of the hostess were Mrs. Hoomer Royle and Mrs. Nyal Wadley. Club members enjoying en-joying the evening, not already mentioned were Mrs. Geo. McNees, Mrs. Ford West, Mrs. Lyman Smith, Mrs. D. H. Fowlke, Mrs. Mrs. B. Cobbley, Mrs. Don B. -Walker, Mrs. Grant Maxfield, Mrs. Glen Noble, and Mrs. Roy Fiyer.
