Riding Club Will Elect New Officers At Meeting Nov. 7 Election of new officers for the Pleasant Grove Riding Club will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7, in the Lindon Park Building. This was decided at the club's regular meeting meet-ing held in Lindon Wednesday evening ev-ening and conducted by President Clyde Green, Beth Hall, publicity chairman, made the announcement. Kenneth R. Gillman, Utah State Riding Club representative for district dis-trict IV showed the gToup of 13 club members and three visitors a trophy which will be awarded at the next annual state riding club jamboree. Two trophies, donated by Sterling Harding of Orem, are awarded each year to the most outstanding out-standing male and female riding club member within the state. Candidates Can-didates names are chosen from each riding club and submitted to the Utah State Riding Club for consideration. Presentations are made by the association's president, presi-dent, Glen Norton of Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Richins and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ray Green had charge of the refreshments as well as the program which featured fea-tured two Western songs by Donna Don-na Shaw of Lehi who accompanied herself on the guitar. Janet Homestead Home-stead also of Lehi, sang a Western song accompanied by Donna.
