Show Funeral Rites for Beatrice Freeman Held Last Friday Impressive funeral rites were conducted Friday for Mrs. Beatrice Beat-rice Green Freeman 62, who died last Tuesday at an American Fork hospital, of a heart ailment. The service began at 1 p.m. at the Timpanogos Stake House with Bishop Ben Whiting presiding presid-ing and Counselor Ray Mills conducting. con-ducting. Invocation was offered by Lao P. Harvey, a neighbor. Prayer Perfect was sung by Hslen Nelson Hall. Speakers who offered tribute to the kindly quiet life of Mrs. Freeman and uttered words of encouragement and faith to the family were Harold S. Walker, neighbor and Thomas Larson of the Ward Bishopric. Wm. E. Petersen sang the closing clos-ing number "I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked." Irwin Jensen accompanied both vocal solos and also played prelude and. postlude organ music. Benediction was pronounced by George Paul. Prior to the church service prayer at the mortuary was offered by Wm. Freeman. Interment, directed by Olpin-Mortuary Olpin-Mortuary was made in Pleasant Grove City Cemetery where Bishop Bish-op Ben Whiting offered the dedicatorial prayer. Pallbearers all close relatives were Arnold Richins, A. E. War-burton, War-burton, Wm. Green, John Green, Arnold Green and Doyle War-burton. War-burton. Flowers were cared for by the Grove Ward Relief Society. Mrs. Freeman was born Dec. 5, 1896, Pleasant Grove, to William Will-iam H. and Nettie Richins Green. Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was married to Wilford Freeman February 6, 1912. Survivors: husband, sons El-wood El-wood and Larry, two grandchildren, grandchild-ren, all of Pleasant Grove, one brother. |
