Show Cub Scout Pack Holds Graduation For Six Members Cub Scout Pack 3166 (Sixth Ward) held its first meeting of the season last Friday night at the Third-Sixth Ward chapel under un-der the direction of Cubmaster George R. Paul. With appropriate ceremonies, the Pack bid goodby to six cub scouts and welcomed three new ones. The boys who received their graduation certificates were David Da-vid Klemm, Donald Klemm, Ned Walker, Gregory Spencer, Mark Bezzant, and Gary Smith. Newcomers New-comers Dick Fugal, Eddie Sanderson Sand-erson and Stanley Spencer received re-ceived their Bobcat badges. Along with the changes in the cub scout ranks were some changes chan-ges in den mother positions. It was announced that Erma Klemm, Fern Colledge, and Melva Mattinson had been released and that their places had been filled by Lillian Huish, Phyllis Radmall and Jeniel Fugal. Holdovsr den mothers are Ruth Paul and Ruth Christiansen. Special tribute was paid to Gene Colledge, den chief of Den 1, who retired after three years of service to the den which graduated grad-uated five of its six members. In addition to the boys already mentioned, the following boys received re-ceived awards representing advancement ad-vancement in the cubbing program: pro-gram: Melvin Radmall, Stephen Christiansen, Karl Christiansen, Scott Mattinson, Val John Walker, Walk-er, Bruoe Newman, and Tommy Paul. |
