Show Weather Goes Down to 15 Degrees Nov. 5 It was cold in Pleasant Grove on the morning of November 5. According to Calvin IWalker, local lo-cal U.S. weather observer, some time during- the early hours of last Thursday, the mercury sank to 15 degrees for the season's low. Also the storm which blew in from the north on Wednesday brought the season's first local snow. The results of Jack Frost's heavy hand is noticeable thru-out thru-out the Pleasant Grove area. Fall flowers are only a pleasant memory. mem-ory. Marigolds and chrysanthemums chrysanthe-mums have assumed a brown and sorry look. However, conditions improved considerably since mid-week. Both day and night temperatures tempera-tures were on the upward trend. The high on Monday was 59 degrees and the low a not too cold 25. The weather seers predict mostly clear skies for the foreseeable fore-seeable future and relatively warm n temperatures. Clouds, if any, will be high and dry, say they.
