Show Junior-Senior High PTA to Have Discussion Student-School problems will be the basis for discussion at the joint Junior-Senior High School PTA meeting scheduled for 8 p.m. Thursday, November 1. The session will be held in the High School auditorium. i According to Mrs. Merrill N. Mrs. Warnick statedi that the response re-sponse of parents in filling out and returning the questionaires had been most encouraging. Heading the list were requests by parents for more information regarding Driver Education and the need for additional legislation which will improve this urgently needed instruction. in-struction. Such items as Junior High dances, "no date dances," steady dating, corsages, expensive graduation gradu-ation regalia, brand-name clothing and early marriages were high on the list of problems needing attention. at-tention. In third place were requests for a study of the high school curriculum cur-riculum and its improvement and mo dernization. Parents also favored meetings conducted .as panel discussions by means of which the opinions of students, parents, and teachers could be expressed.
