Show 30th Wedding Anniversary Is Celebrated The 30th wedding anniversary of Charles and Leone Foutz Carson of Fairfield and Weston and Oral Foutz Hales of Los Angeles was celebrated here during the week end. On Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. Carson entertained close relatives re-latives at dinner at their home in Fairfield with covers laid for Mr. and Mrs. Ethan R. Allen of this city, Mr. and Mrs. Weston Hales, Roland and Ruth Halas Maxson of Los Angeles and the host and hostess. On Sunday the bridal ' couples of 30 years, with close relatives and friends enjoyed turkey dinner din-ner at the Alpine Grill. The party included the two honored couples, and Mr. and Mrs. Floy Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Allen, Mr. a.nd Mrs. Roland Maxson, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Carson, Miss Lilly Carson, and Mrs. Minnie Teague. Following dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Carson and Mr. and Mrs. Hales held open house at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Taylor, the old Fred Foutz home where both couples were married 30 years ago. The occasion also commemorated the 54 th wedding anniversary of their parents Fred and Olivia Warnick Foutz. Red carnations graced the rooms where informality and easy hospitality hospi-tality prevailed. More than 100 friends called during dur-ing the day, some from Salt Lake City, Provo, American Fork, Lehi, and other points to offer greetings and extend felecitations. Mr. and Mrs. Hales and Mr. and Mrs. Maxson left Sunday evening for their home in Los Angeles. During their stay here they were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Allen. |
