Show PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of County Commissioners of Utah County, Utah at 10:00 o'clock A M. on Friday, 31st day of July, 1942, at the City and County Building, Build-ing, Provo, Utah, on the question of adpotion of a zoning ordinance and map of the unincorporated area of Utah County, Utah, prepared by the Utah County Planning Commission, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter Chap-ter 23, Statutes of 1941, State of Utah. Any owner of property included within the' boundaries of the unincorporated unin-corporated area of Utah County, Utah, shall be entitled to protest the establishment thereof, or any part thereof by filing with the Board of County Commissioners at or before the time set for hearing a written statement setting forth in brief the grounds of the protest or such protest may be made orally at said hearing- Said zoning ordinance and map shalj be posted on the bulletin board in. the City and County- Building. Provo, Utah, and in 'the office of the Utah County Planning Association, Associa-tion, City and County Building, Provo, Utah, from time of first publication pub-lication of this notice until time of hearing.
