Demonstration Will Be Held Next Wednesday On Next Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock Miss Opal Wood, of the Kerr manufacturing company will give a lecture and demonstration of all types of home canning, fruits vegetables, meats, etc. This will be in connection with the regular nutrition classes and is free to everyone. This year it will be more necessary neces-sary than ever before that every housewife can and preserve her fully supply of fruits and preserve pre-serve her full supply of fruits and vegetables, as we are told that the large supply of tinned goods will be cut off. Miss Wood has had much experience ex-perience in her line of work and has only a few days to spend in Utah. Pleasant Grove is very fortunate, fortu-nate, through the efforts of Miss Hanson, nutrition class leader, to have her visit here and give to us much of her wide knowledge in this field According to Mrs. Lena Pearson, the nutrition classes will continue and it is the sincere desire de-sire of those in charge that a good attendance will be present Monday evening to learn more of the new methods of food preservation.
