Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 26, 1929. Notice is hereby Riven that Lehl City, by its Mayor Sidney Gilchrist, has made application in accordaiuo with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah,' 1917, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from American Fork River in Utah County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 9 degrees GO minutes E. -12-12 ft. from the SW cor. of Sec. 32, T. 4 S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 30,000 It. to applicant's waterworks system and used during ithe entire year for domestic- and municipal purposes by the City of Lehi. The water is at present used during the irrigation season to irrigate irri-gate certain lands near American Fork and Lehi. Water equal to the quantity diverted during the irrigation irri-gation season will be supplied from the Deer Creek Reservoir when constructed con-structed on Provo River. This application is designated in the. Slate Engineer's Office as Kilo No. 10580. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must bo by affidavit in duplicate, accompained with a fee of $1.00 and tiled in this office within thirty (311) days after the completion of the publication of Hits notice.
