Show Ten Years Ago Now j (Taken from files of Nov. 20, 1926) R. L. Ashby, owner of the fox farm north of the city, this week received five Alaskan blue foxes, shipped direct from Alaska. Altogether Alto-gether there are now at the form 65 foxes of five kinds. In this number num-ber is included a native silver gray fox captured in Colorado and purchased pur-chased by Vern Chipman. Ten Years Ago Now The officers and teachers of the Third ward Mutual Improvement Association and Sunday School entertained en-tertained Tuesday night after Mutual Mut-ual for Eli B. Hawkins and Everett Devey of that ward who have been called on missions. The party was held at the Hawkins home with sixty six-ty per cent. A lively time was spent in playing games and refreshments were served. Mr. Hawkins was presented pre-sented with a missionary Bible and Mr. Devey wiui me .lsook. oi iviui-mon, iviui-mon, Doctrine and Covenants and Pearl of Great Price combined. Reports from American Fork canyon yesterday at noon gave the snow depth as between 3 and 4 feet at the Yankee and over 2 feet at the Pacific. Snow started to falling Thursday night and was continuing with a light fall up to 1 p. m. yesterday yes-terday afternoon. Ten Years Ago Now Members of the fire department are going out to West Canyon to get a big tree .suitable for the Community Communi-ty Christmas Tree. The boys have secured permission and no doubt they v. ill bring back a beauty.
