Show BIRTHDAY PARTY AT 80 A birthday party of note was that of Mrs. Maggie Robinson of American Ameri-can Fork on Tuesday, June 28, it being her eightieth anniversary. She was honored by her five living children, chil-dren, who were all present; 14 grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren, and a host of friends and neighbors. A delightful dinner was served at the old Robinson home on the state highway one mile east of American Fork. "Aunt Maggie" Mag-gie" as she is affectionately called, says she feels 'just as well and enjoys en-joys life as she did 70 years ago. She emigrated with her family from Scotland in 1863 and has resided in American Fork since that date. She married George Heber Robinson in 1878 and from that marriage six children were born: Dr. A. A. Robinson Rob-inson and Dr. H. E. Robinson of Og-den, Og-den, Reed Robinson of American Fork, Mrs. Hyrum Evans and Mrs. Stephen Zimmerman of Lehi. Mrs. Ray Oillespie, her oldest daughter, died in 1912. 0 |
