Show vj Niels C. Nielsen Funeral Held Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon in the Fourth ward chapel for Niels C. Nielsen, who died at his home here Tuesday of last week, following a lingering illness. ill-ness. Mr. Nielsen was born in Denmark Den-mark and came to Utah at the age of five years, making American Fork his home since that time. Bishop John Pulley was in charge of the services, which were as follows: fol-lows: singing, "Jesus, Lover of My Soul" by Mrs. LaRue Morton, Mrs. Lyle Grant, Kenneth Robinson and ' Leslie Smith, accompanied by Mrs. ! Ann Hansen; prayer, Counselor Dan -1 lei H. Jorgensen; tribute by Mrs. j Alice Beck; solo, "No Night There," Mrs. C. E. Young, accompanied by Fern Robinson: remarks. Bishop Lot Robinson; solo, "In The Garden," Mrs. Ethel Strong, accompanied by Thelma .Brown; remarks, Counselor Francis B. Abel and Bishop Pulley;' benediction, James E. Peters. Interment was made in the city cemetery, where the grave was dedicated ded-icated by David Brown. The profusion of beautiful fall flowers and the large crowd gathered gath-ered on this occasion bespoke the love and friendship the people of this community have for the Nielsen Niel-sen family. o |
