Show i O 7 , .-I Report Of Auditor ' Is Analyzed i Moat of County Departments Are Living "Within Their Budgets, j Auditor Tuttle's Monthly Report I Shows. i According to the Utah county I auditor's report for the month of September, submitted to the Utah county commissioners on Tuesday by i County Auditor Amnion TutUe all i departments, with the exception of : the county attorney's office, are keep- ing well within their budgets. The report shows that the county attorney's office has already spent ! $3152.42 of the $3470 budgeted for this department this year. The fact that the office was considerably changed at the time when County Attorney At-torney George S- Ballif succeeded I. E. Brockbank, and additional office supplies1 and equipment was needed, is a probably cause for the large expenditure ex-penditure in this 'department. The surveyor's office has spent less than any other department in comparison to their budget, having spent but $2909.99 of the $5845 al. loted to this department. The sher-. sher-. iff's office is also keeping well within its allotment of $18,380, having spent but $11,328. In the assessor's department de-partment $8,198.63 of the $10,495 budgeted bud-geted for this department has been used. Highway Fund In the highways fund $133,597.58 of the $140,000 alloted has been used, and the - county infirmary is also quite close, having spent $9,523.80 of the $10,897 allowed themi The financial report of receipts shows that $2,910.10 was received in licenses, fines and that $60,000 was obtained in notes payable to the Knight Trust and Savings bank. Warrants issued during the month totaled $44,700.45, while total amount of warrants outstanding at the end of September was 6346.31. The cash balance showed that at the en'd of August the treasurer had on hand, $22,017.20, plus receipts for September and minus disbursements disburse-ments for the month of $45,389.14, made a total balance of $39,538.16 for the end of September.
