Show February Storms Add To Depths Of Canyon Snow February storms have "laid in" a deep cover of snow in American Fork canyon, bringing snow depths to points considerably greater than at the same time last year, Thomas A. Walker, national parks ranger, reported Wednesday. Mr. Walker, accompanied by Lloyd West and Eldon Johnson, made a 27-mile ski and snowshoe trip Saturday Satur-day to make the measurements. During the month, 15 inches of snow has fallen at the Cave Camp, Mr. Walker said. Snow fell on H days out of the month. The measurements meas-urements at the various stations, with figures for the same date in 1938, are as follows: 193S 1939 Inches Inches Timpanogos Cave Camp Depth 6.00 22.75 Water Content 2.37 6.17 Spanish Fork K.
