Show P. G. Dairyman To Head Federation For Coming Year Merrill N. Warnick of Pleasant Grove was elected president of the State Dairy Federation, at the convention con-vention held last week at Ogden. The organization which Mr. War-nick War-nick will head for the coming year represents the producers and manufacturers man-ufacturers of all milk products in the state. George Winder of Salt Lake City was elected vice-president; Professor Profes-sor George B. Caine of Logan, secretary-treasurer; with the following board members: J. B. Winder of Salt Lake City, representing market milk industry; Reed Stevens of Ogden, Og-den, butter and cheese industry; E. W. Robson of Ogden, ice cream in- dustry; S. P. Harter of Salt Lake City, condensed milk industry; Geo. Winder of Salt Lake City, Jersey breeders; Joseph Chadwick of Ogden, Og-den, Guernsey breeders; Merrill N. Warnick, Holstein breeders; and Tracy Welling, Utah State Farm Bureau. Mr. Warnick was also elected president of the Holstein Breeders' association, with Gerald Plowman of Smithfield, vice president; Le-Grande Le-Grande Walker of Ogden, secretary; and William Woodbury of Salt Lake City and A. B. Barton of Kaysville, directors. |
