Show Crosby Sings, Woos Carlisle In New Movie Bing Crosby and the attractive brunette Kitty Car-lisle, who were first seen together in "She Loves Me Not," are again featured in the leading lead-ing romantic roles of a Paramount picture. It is "Here Is My Heart" which comes Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, January 27, 28 and 29, to the Cameo Theatre. Adapted from the play by Alfred Savior, "Here Is My Heart" tells the story of the playboy millionaire crooner who made love to a haughty princess and won the lady by fair means and foul. Buys a Hotel Unable to meet the princess, with whom he had become infatuated at sight, the crooner buys the hotel in which she lives, disguises himself as a waiter and croons love songs to her w;hile he is serving the soup. Before his courtship is successful, the crooner is inveigled into supporting support-ing the princess' useless entourage of amusing but wasteful nobles. And finally, although misunderstandings threaten their happiness for a while, the princess and the crooner fall completely in love. Tuttle Directed s Alison Shipworth, Roland Young, fresh from his Broadway triumph in "Her Master's Voice", and Reginald Owen, who will be remembered for his characterization in "Of Human Bandage", are prominent in the supporting sup-porting cast. Directed toy Frank Tuttle, "Here Is My Heart" features a series of new tunes by Ralph Raifager and Leo Robin, authors of "Love in Bloom". They include "Jilrie in January" and-"With and-"With -Every 'Breath I Take". |
