Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah, February 26, 1920. Notice is hereby given that Lehi City, by its Mayor Sidney Gilchrist, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1917. as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from American Fork River in Utah County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which beans N. 9 degrees 50 minutes 1C. 42 12 ft. from the SW cor. of Sec. 32, T. 4 S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M. ami conveyed a distance of 30,000 ft. to applicant's waterworks system and mod during the entire year for domestic- and municipal purposes by the City ol' Lehi. The water is at invent used during the irrigation season to irrigate irri-gate certain lands near American Fork and Lehi. Water equal to the quantity diverted during the irrigation irri-gation season will be supplied from the Deer Creek Reservoir when constructed con-structed on Provo River. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Oliiee as File No. 105S0. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, aecompained with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
