Show Jeppsen wins first by identifying all correctly Denice Jeppsen of American Fork . was awarded a $200 weekend vacation for two as the first-prize winner in American Fork Hospital's "Name the Baby Contest." The contest was presented as part of American Fork Hospital's golden anniversary edition in the local newspapers on Nov. 18. Of the many entries received, three correctly identified all 10 baby pictures of locally prominent people born in American Fork Hospital during the past 50 years. Jeppsen's name was chosen as the first-prize winner in a random drawing of the three correct entries. Her prize includes hotel accommodations ac-commodations for two nights with two meals to her choice of St. George, Park City, Wendover, Ogden or Salt Lake City. The two persons who submitted the other correct entries, Michael Aston and Shirleen Taylor, were awarded American Fork Hospital Total Fitness Programs (including professional testing, a fitness profile, personal consultation, lifestyle seminars and follow-up) valued at $45. "We would like to thank all the people who participated in the baby contest," says Craig Smedley, AFH administrator. "This was a fun way to reminisce about the hospital's 50 year history of personal, progressive health care in Northern Utah County." |
