Show J' . 1 r"i j You'll never see a love story to compare with this one between leadying lady Annette Hyer and Leon Berrett as Wolfman in the Valley View Center Playhouse production of Hotel Frankenstein which begins Friday. 'Hotel Frankenstein' to open for Halloween Fun Looking for a great family entertainment en-tertainment for Halloween? Look to the Valley Center Playhouse in Lindon. The production of Hotel Frankenstein was so popular last year they are producing it again this year for your pleasure. Imagine what might happen. . . Dr. Frankenstein finds good brain matter in short supply so he lists his hotel with a travel agent thinking to choose from the tourists for his monster's mind. Unfortunately for the good (?) Dr., only the Woodknocker family finds their way to the. solitude of this quiet retreat. Dr. Frankenstein isn't sure his variety of choice is much improved but he is prepared to make the best of it. The overworked over-worked Egor is thwarted by the efforts of the Woodknocker's 12 year old Jr. detective. Life is further complicated by the romance between Wolfman and the Woodknocker's oldest daughter. This is a monster of a production .with a great Halloween cast. All your favorite monsters are there. One never knows whether to scream with horror or laughter. The monsterous cast includes Peter Van Orman as Dr.. Frankenstein; Joseph Sorenson as Egor; Bob Farris, Jan Web, An nette Hyer, Mark Renstrom and Madeline Watkins as the Woodknocker's; Doug Mellor as Dracula; Julie Renstrom as Natasha, wife of Dracula; Leon Berrett as Wolfman; and Jerry Shaw as Frankenstein's Monster. Even with all these horrible charactors, we guarantee everyone five and over will enjoy this show. Hotel Frankenstein opens Friday, Oct. 17, and will run every Friday, Saturday and Monday until November 3 with a special showing on Thursday, Oct. 30. All shows will begin at 8 p.m. at the Valley Center Playhouse, 780 N. 200 E., Lindon. Turn right onto 2000 N. from State Street in north Orem. Continue one block then turn left onto 200 E. Drive north on 200 E. about a mile. To add to your Halloween fun, there will be a costume contest Oct. 30 and 31 (Thurs. and Fri.) complete com-plete with prizes for the : most original. Tickets will be available at the door for $3.50, $2.75 students and seniors, $2.50 children 12 and under, $13.50, families.
