Show Senior Citizen News. . . j Tour, speakers, legal services info, planned The Pleasant Grove Senior " Citizens will be sponsoring a tour to the Rose Parade via San Franciso a this year. Reservations for the tour can be made with a deposit of $50. Some of the highlights of the tour f include a visit to Fishermans Wharf Pier 39, China Town, Golden Gate Bridge, riding the cable cars, the ; historic Winchester House and the i fabulous Hearst Castle. Tour members will have seats on Washington Blvd. for the Rose Parade and much, much more. Flyers with more particulars on the trip can be picked up at 477 West Center in Pleasant Grove or call Lowell Duvall at 785-2425. On Oct. 17, the Senior Citizen Center in Pleasant Grove will have a speaker before lunch. He will talk about the benefits of massage. Also, on Oct. 20 the Legal Services will be at the center before lunch to explain the services they offer. Call for lunch reservations a day in advance at 785-2818. Ruth Hassenfritz, director of the Senior Citizen Center, reported that pneumonia shots for all citizens are available at the American Fork Hospital on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. |
