Center) is under new management Jeff and Jan Barker of American Fork took over the car care firm Feb. 13 and Conway Barker -- Jeff's Dad - is new manager of the firm. Barker, a Lehi resident, brings with him 25 years of automotive experience, and said he is looking forward to serving the car care needs of area residents. Also on the staff at the Lube Factory is Jim Winder, Orem, former manager of an auto beauty center in the Utah County area, and Paul and David Stanley, both Lehi, experienced lube-oil filter specialists. Winder will do auto detailing at the firm including shampooing seats, carpeting and other interior coverings, vacuuming the interior, buffing the vehicle's paint, steam cleaning and painting the engine, etc. Fabric protection and car underrating un-derrating is also available. The Lube Factory is licensed to do state vehicle inspections and will be able to do emission testing when the new law goes into effect in Utah County. The firm also offers tune-ups, brake repair, and light mechanical repair in addition to complete lubrication and oil filter work. Customers can also have their vehicle washed in the automatic car wash. They are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday to serve the needs of their customers.
