Show PUBLIC NOTICES Resolution 1986-1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT GROVE, that the Board of Equalization and Review, as required by law, for Special Improvement Im-provement District 1985-1 of Pleasant Grove, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, be and the same is hereby appointed, ap-pointed, consisting of the following members of the City Council and their designees of Pleasant Grove, any three members of whom can act at the hearings of said board: Council members: Keith Christeson, Lloyd Ash, John Frampton, Dale Warburton. Public Works Director, J. Frank Mills; Finance Director, K.A. Driggs; City Engineer, Lee Wimmer. That said board shall sit as a Board of Equalization and Review on the Special Improvement Tax proposed to be levied and assessed on the property within said Special Improvement District 1985-1 in the Pleasant Grove City Council Chambers, Pleasant Grove, Utah, on April 10, 1986 between bet-ween the hours of 5 and 6 p.m., on April 11, 1986 between the hours of 5 and 6 p.m., and on April 12, 1986 between the hours of 9 and 10 a.m. to hear and consider any objections to and make corrections of any proposed assessments which the said board may deem unequal or unjust. That the City Recorder be and is hereby authorized and directed to publish and mail, as provided by law and the ordinances of said City, a notice of meeting of said Board $ of Equalization and. ' Review, said notice to be in substantially the 1 following form : Notice of Meeting of Board of Equalization and Review NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the work contemplated in Pleasant Grove, Utah Special Improvement District 1985-1 by resolution heretofore adopted by the City Council in pursuance to notice of creation heretofore published and mailed to all property owners to be affected in Special Improvement District 1985-1 has now been completed, and that four members of the City Council and three designated City Officials Of-ficials of Pleasant Grove, Utah, have been duly appointed to act as the Board of Equalization and Review on the tax proposed to be levied on the property within Special Improvement District 1985-1 for Pleasant Grove. NOTICE IS FURTHER FUR-THER GIVEN that the lists of the property in said district subject to said proposed tax and various amounts of tax against said property have been completed and are available for examination at the Office of the City Recorder. Said members of said City Council and City Officials sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review on the tax proposed to be levied on the property within said Special Improvement District 1985-1 for Pleasant Grove will meet in the City Council Chambers of Pleasant Grove, Utah, on April 10, 1986 and April 11, 1986 between the hours of 5 and 6 p.m. and on April 12, 1986 between the hours of 9 and 10 a.m. to hear and eon- i sider any objections to and make any corrections of any proposed assessments which said Board may deem unequal or unjust. On April 10 and 11, 1986 and the week preceeding said lists and plots and amount of the proposed assessment against each parcel of property shall be open to public inspection from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during regular office hours of the city continuously at the Office of the City Recorder of Pleasant Grove, Utah. The proposed Special Improvement District shall include the property fronting or abutting upon or adjacent ad-jacent to the following streets. AREA 1: 1400 East Street from 200 South Street to 250 North Street - asphalt road surface and rolled curb. AREA 2: All property owners not connected to sewer whose property lies within 200 feet of an existing sewer line and sewer improvements ; 1300 West Street from the north property line of Garden Village Subdivision to 1100 North Street; 1100 North Street from 1300 West Street to 1520 West Street except lots in the Firwood Subdivision; 600 West Street from 1100 North Street to 2600 North Street exccept the Pleasant Green Acres and Nobje Estabes Subdivisions; 1800 North Street from 600 West Street to 900 West Street except the Cascade Meadows Subdivision.
