Show Razor blade buried in local cucumber Pleasant Grove Police are investigating in-vestigating a report of a razor blade whichwas found by a local woman in cucumber she had purchased in a Pleasant Grove market. Det. Bert Bean said it appeared "at the blade had been in the cucumber for some time. The woman said she found the V razor as she sliced the cucumber. Jjr- Fidel could not find anything from his car, however Zl 'RoPer. 660 S. 1550 East, carf k 31 his wallet with credit vehiL taken from his on n l credlt cards were found J, 61g bor's lawn but wallet, mg $35 to $40, was not found. Huntsman, 675 S. 1550 East, reported his vehicle was broken into and the contents of his brief case were scattered over the yard. All of these incidents were investigated in-vestigated by Officer Vickers. They all occurred the night of April 19. Julie Anderson, 199 E. 500 North, told Officer Lonnie Wilson, that she returned home April 17 after being gone for about four hours in the evening to find someone had gone through the house. She reported .that about $240 to $300 had been taken from a bedroom dresser drawer. The officer does have a suspect in this burglary. Officer Wilson also investigated an accident at 300 South Locust Ave. in which two dogs ran into the side of a car driven by Kenyoh Blackhurst, Pleasant Grove. Damage to the car was listed at $750. Damage to the dogs was not on the police report. A car driven by Karen Johnson, Pleasant Grove, backed into a parked car owned by Darrell Cook, Pleasant Grove, at 100 W. 1030 North, causing $1,000 damage to the Cook vehicle. The Johnson car was not damaged. There were no injuries, according to Officer Jay Thornton. |
