We own rental property and have relied on advertising in the local papers to acquire renters. The recent sale of two of our properties came about directly because of ads we ran with Newtah News Group. Bikes, books and a set of tapes have been some of the many things I have sold through these newspapers. Every year I run ads for new piano students, and have always had success.
